3. Quotes and Engagements

Any quotation, proposal or scope of work provided by NV Joinery Pty Ltd is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. A binding agreement for services is formed only when we confirm your acceptance in writing (including by email) and any required deposit has been received. Services will be delivered in accordance with the agreed scope. Any variation to the scope must be agreed in writing by both parties before work proceeds, and may affect the price and timeline.

4. Fees, Invoicing and Payment

Fees for our services are set out in your quotation or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments may attract reasonable administration costs as permitted by law. All amounts are stated in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information, documents and access reasonably required for us to deliver our services. We are not responsible for delays or deficiencies in our services caused by incomplete, inaccurate or late information supplied by you or your representatives.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to NV Joinery Pty Ltd and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any content from this website without our prior written consent. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you upon full payment of the relevant invoices.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information disclosed during an engagement, and to use such information only for the purposes of delivering or receiving the agreed services. This obligation survives the completion of the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NV Joinery Pty Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or our services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited, at our option, to the resupply of the relevant services or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again, consistent with the Australian Consumer Law.
